Warranty policy: Metal cage frames, ventilation fans core components enjoy 3-year warranty; PP plastic slats, egg trays and plastic accessories offer 2-year quality warranty under standard farm operation; 2. Transit damage solution: We adopt thick carton, wooden frame and stretch film shockproof packaging for export goods. If damage occurs during transit, we take responsibility to reproduce and re-deliver damaged parts free of charge after clients provide photo & video damage evidence.

A: We provide door-to-port full logistics support: Sea freight for large bulk farm equipment, air freight for small batch urgent accessories, international express for samples.
