A: We fully support sample cooperation for all global new clients. You can purchase small quantity samples of plastic slats, air inlets, egg trays and cage accessories to test local market and product quality first. Sample freight can be negotiated by both sides;

A: Yes, we offer free one-stop farm solution quotation service. You only need to provide basic information: Chicken house length & width, livestock type (broiler/layer/pig), total stocking quantity, local average temperature. Our technical team will design matched cage, ventilation, slat and feeding equipment list, issue detailed itemized quotation with specifications, quantity and unit price within 2 working days.

Q: What is your product warranty period? How to handle damaged goods during transportation?
A: 1. Warranty policy: Metal cage frames, ventilation fans core components enjoy 3-year warranty; PP plastic slats, egg trays and plastic accessories offer 2-year quality warranty under standard farm operation;
2. Transit damage solution: We adopt thick carton, wooden frame and stretch film shockproof packaging for export goods. If damage occurs during transit, we take responsibility to reproduce and re-deliver damaged parts free of charge after clients provide photo & video damage evidence.

Q: What after-sales technical support will you provide after goods arrive at the destination?
A: Full-cycle professional technical service covering pre-installation to long-term usage:

Q: How long is your mass production lead time after deposit confirmation?
A: Production cycle depends on order quantity and customized degree:
  1. Standard regular in-stock equipment (plastic slats, egg trays, small air inlets): 7–10 working days delivery;
  2. Conventional cage systems, ventilation fan bulk orders without custom molds: 15–25 working days;
  3. Deep customized OEM products with new mold opening: 30–40 working days (including mold testing & sample confirmation).

Q: What payment terms do you support for international bulk orders?
A: Flexible international trade payment methods for global clients: T/T telegraphic transfer, L/C letter of credit are all acceptable. We negotiate reasonable deposit and balance payment ratio according to order total value, production cycle and delivery schedule, and sign formal commercial sales contract with complete product parameter, delivery and after-sales clauses to protect both parties’ rights.
